Sandeep Charaya

NXT Financial Group is pleased to announce that Sandeep Charaya, PMP®, PRINCE2®, has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer. Sandeep will lead NXT's technology strategy and the platforms and systems that support its associates, clients and day-to-day operations as the company grows nationwide.

Sandeep has more than 19 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery and business transformation. He has worked across the United States, Germany and India, and has supported clients in North and South America, Europe and Asia. He is known for combining strong technical skill with practical leadership, and for using technology to make organizations run more smoothly, reliably and efficiently.

A global career in technology and service delivery

Sandeep began his career as a database administrator and built deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, data architecture and high-availability systems. He then held database specialist and architect roles with Eaton, Merck KGaA in India and Germany, and MilliporeSigma in the United States. His work there supported complex, regulated environments across finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and telecom.

For the past 14 years, Sandeep has been with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), one of the world's largest IT services companies. As Regional Manager and later Delivery Manager, he has managed IT and application services for large multinational clients. His responsibilities have included overseeing 10 dedicated sites and 8 dispatch sites across the United States, Mexico and Brazil, and leading delivery teams of more than 20 professionals.

His results include:
