NXT Financial Group is pleased to announce that Sony Pradhan has joined the company as Chief Growth Officer. In this role, Sony will lead NXT's efforts to grow its network of licensed associates, build high-performing teams and develop future leaders across the organization.

Sony brings a unique mix of experience in financial services leadership, marketing, business development and community engagement. Sony's leadership philosophy is simple: build strong relationships, lead with integrity, and help people grow.

A foundation in community and service

Before entering financial services, Sony spent more than ten years as a Community Specialist with Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) in Manchester, New Hampshire, working directly with individuals and families in the community. That experience built a deep understanding of people, their challenges and what it takes to help them move forward. The same people-first approach now shapes Sony's work in financial services.

Building teams in financial services

Sony moved into financial services as a Senior Director of Marketing, focused on marketing, outreach and business development. Sony then advanced to Executive Director, leading and mentoring a growing team of financial professionals and helping new associates build their businesses. These roles gave Sony firsthand experience in recruiting, training and leadership development, which are central to NXT's growth.

A strong academic background

Sony holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Tribhuvan University and a Master of Education in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University. The combination of analytical training and a focus on economic opportunity informs Sony's approach to sustainable growth.
